The Shot Tec US Online Store offers shipping within the United States. Canadian customers, please visit the Shot Tec Canada Online Store. We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders will be delivered via ground shipping, and should arrive within 7 business days of your order being processed. Shipping costs are based on a per-unit fee of $35.
If you have placed an order and have not taken delivery after 10 business days, please contact our Customer Care Department.
Return Policy
If there is a problem with your Shot Tec Training Device, you may return it to us and we will be glad to send you a replacement. All returns must be approved by Shot Tec, Inc. To apply for return eligibility, please complete the Shot Tec Return Form and fax it to us for approval.

Shot Tec's Customer Care Department will evaluate all return claims based on the Shot Tec Warranty, however, Shot Tec Inc. reserves the right to refuse refunds based on their own discretion. Any shipping costs incurred in a return or warranty situation will be the responsibility of the customer.
